There are four different layouts for the studio apartments, which range from 429 to 518 square feet. The largest option has a private balcony and a walk-in closet.
There are nine different space layouts for the one bedroom apartments, with the space ranging from 718 to 822 square feet. Some selections have a balcony attached to the bedroom and a spacious walk-in closet.
The most variety in terms of floor layout comes with the two bedrooms, as there are 21 different selections. One main difference between the selections is that some have two bathrooms and some only have one. Another difference is some have a bedroom with a balcony, some have a balcony off of the living room, and some have no balcony at all. Most two bedroom selections include a walk-in closet in at least one bedroom. The space in these apartments ranges from 1039 to 1365 square feet.
Alterra goes above and beyond when it comes to amenities. There is a play ground and crayon corner playroom that is utilized heavily by those with children. The complex is also pet-friendly and even has a "canine Country Club" dog park on site.
Speaking of country clubs, the only thing Alterra is missing is a golf course. It has an indoor basketball court, tennis courts, and a swimming pool.
