The other difference is the K unit layout offers two balconies instead of one. There is a main balcony that extends off of the main living space that is perfect for entertaining guests. There is also a private balcony off of the master bedroom for moments of quiet reflection.

Each unit has a large storage space for those downsizing from a full house. Those downsizing should have no issue at all fitting all of their things between the storage space and the massive closets.

The kitchens have Italian tile and the living spaces contain beautifully finished hardwood floors. All kitchens come with a modern refrigerator, stove, and oven. Access to the building is encoded into the resident's key, and there is a live-in superintendent to address any issues that arise.
