The apartments are very spacious. There is a variation in price depending on the upgrades that have been done to the apartment, the highest priced ones have new kitchen cabinets and countertops, and a dishwasher. All have a refrigerator, stove, air conditioner, and garbage disposal, and cable TV hookup. The apartments have large closets and wall to wall carpeting. There is plenty of off street parking, a laundry room in each building, a picnic area and a pool. Each apartment also has a french-style door in the living room which goes out to a patio or balcony, new windows and also a storage room in the basement. There is a 24 hour emergency maintenance service on site. The community is pet friendly. Cats are welcome.
